Safe Space Training

As higher education institutions across the nation strive for more celebratory, inclusive, educational spaces, institutions must create room for re-imagined inclusive frameworks, policies and procedures to better support the communities they serve.

 

RSSC engages participants in this workshop with qualitative and quantitative tools that can be used to examine manifestations of queer antagonism, trans misogyny, and heteronormativity, and develop frameworks and an action plan to interrupt homophobia and create a space that acknowledges and affirms all gender identities and sexual orientations in your organization.
