Ashley Franklin

Ashley Franklin is a community leader and educator with an interest in highlighting the needs for increased diversity, inclusion and belonging in various sectors of education.

 

Ashley is a full time student at Saint Marys College of California, in the final stages of completing her Bachelors of Arts in Sociology. Ashley is an Oakland Native and former employee of Alameda County schools. Ashley, working closely with school leadership, led the design of the curriculum and coordinated an after school program at Rising Star Montessori for two years.Ashley is data driven and creative.

 

She has advanced experience as a web developer and social media strategist. With her knowledge of social media marketing, she was able to attract loyal followers and develop relationships. This skill allowed Ashley to run multiple e-commerce businesses and develop professional partnerships.
